Kinshasa: Bernard Beya has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Intelligent Technologies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), effective April 1, 2026.
According to African Press Organization, Bernard Beya's appointment marks a significant step for the company as it seeks to capitalize on the growth opportunities within the DRC. His extensive knowledge of the local telecommunications market and commitment to customer success are expected to drive the company's expansion of digital infrastructure and economic growth across the region. Sutha Siva, EVP: Group Chief Operating Officer at Cassava Technologies, highlighted Beya's ability to accelerate the company's ambitions in the DRC.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, Bernard Beya joined Liquid in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Acting CEO in November 2025. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in guiding the organization's strategic, operational, and commercial direction. His leadership has been characterized by a proven track record of delivering results and building trust with stakeholders.
