Dar es salaam: The Stallions A’ have arrived in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to participate in the African Nations Championship (CHAN), the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF) announced. The Burkinabe team reached the Tanzanian capital on July 31 at 4 a.m. local time (1 a.m. GMT) after departing from Ouagadougou and making a four-hour stopover in Addis Ababa.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Issa Balbon©’s team was greeted by representatives of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and members of the CHAN organizing committee upon their arrival. The Stallions A’ are set to play their opening match against the Tanzania A’ team on August 2.
