Ganzourgou: The Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education of Ganzourgou (DPEPPNF), Ms. Nobila CElestine ZagrE/Zoungrana, delivered a message of encouragement and recognition to teachers, on the eve of the administrative return scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Ms. ZagrE/Zoungrana expressed her appreciation through a message published on the Facebook page of the Directorate in charge of Primary Education. She praised the “immense work” accomplished by the Heads of Basic Education Districts (CCEB), educational supervisors, and teachers over the past year, despite facing numerous challenges. Her gratitude extended on behalf of the children under their care, and she reaffirmed her “total confidence” in their professionalism, ingenuity, and patriotism for the 2025-2026 school year.
The provincial director urged the Heads of Basic Education Districts (CCEB) to maintain their transparency and leadership to ensure the effective implementation of reforms and the smooth operation of educational structures. She wished all involved a “happy and prosperous school year” and sought divine guidance for the entire Ganzourgou education system.
As a reminder, according to the official instructions of the Ministry of National Education, Literacy and the Promotion of National Languages (MENAPLN), the administrative start of the school year marks the beginning of a crucial preparatory period for the educational year. This phase includes several essential activities such as recruitment, verification of student numbers, receipt of textbooks and school supplies, and inventory of furniture.
The preparation of premises, including cleaning, repairs, and arrangement of rooms, along with the development of timetables and necessary administrative documents, are critical tasks to be completed. Additionally, management meetings of the educational establishments are also scheduled during this preparatory period.
