Muscat: The Foreign Ministry has expressed the Sultanate of Oman’s welcome of the peace agreement signed between the Republic of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The ministry emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in resolving disputes and conflicts.
According to African Press Organization, Oman values the active role played by all parties involved in prioritizing diplomatic solutions over conflict. The Sultanate also acknowledged the constructive efforts made by Qatar and the United States of America in facilitating an agreement aimed at achieving lasting peace between the two countries.
